Delivery of the goods will be affected on the next day of the order or as specified by the customer on a later date.

Safe Delivery

By choosing our delivery service, you grant our seasoned couriers the freedom to decide whether the cake or presents can be securely left at a delivery address in the event that no one is available to accept them. For any orders left to our discretion, we cannot be held responsible.
We cannot be held responsible for orders that are received and then given to a concierge or gated security as may be required by the destination.

Redelivery Options

There will be a redelivery fee of the same amount as the initial delivery fee if a delivery attempt is failed owing to an erroneous address provided, no one being present to receive the order, or our courier believing the order cannot be left safely.
Before the order is redelivered, the customer will be called and offered the choice of paying a redelivery fee or picking up the cake or presents from our Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula store.
Redelivery charges won't be charged if Wild Poppies is in any way to blame for the problem with the delivery.

Calling a Recipient

We reserve the right to call the gift recipient if we haven't been able to reach the buyer over a delivery issue and we have their phone number.
Your information will be kept private in this unique circumstance.

Shipping Fees

When ordering cake or presents from Monica's, a shipping fee is typically imposed to cover the costs of handling and delivery.
Your order's shipping cost will be determined by the delivery address.
Before you confirm your order and proceed with payment, shipping costs will be listed during checkout. Goods & Services Tax is included in delivery fees (GST).

Estimated Delivery Times

Purchases will be despatched so that they can be delivered to the recipient on the day you've specified. Orders placed in Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula are likely to be planned and dispatched on the day they are supposed to be delivered. Orders from other areas might be shipped the day before the specified deadline.
Rural and some residential regions could need an extra one or two days for delivery.
While we make every effort to ensure that goods arrive at the time you specify, we cannot be held liable for deliveries that show up earlier than planned or are delayed in transit due to unavoidable circumstances.
Thus, please take into account the shipping address you provide. It often works best to use a work address.
